Coming Back To The Heart is a 10 Day Online Journey created and designed by Andrea from Pure Alleviation. This journey is all about reconnecting and diving back into our most important and guide, the heart. Through short videos, practices and exercises and support, we take steps to lead us back to our true purpose, passion and essence of who we truly are. We get out of the minds and into the hearts as a way to lead from in our lives. A unique and potent course for bringing you back to your beautiful heart and allowing yourself to live from a place of passion, purpose and most importantly, love.
Your Instructor

Andrea is a yoga & meditation teacher, an intuitive reader, coach & studying astrologer, actress, singer, healer/wayshower, motivator & speaker. Her journey started many years ago when after years of wandering, stricken with suffering, she stumbled upon Tantra studies which opened her mind, heart and being to a new world of life and most importantly love.
After continuing these studies, Andrea went on her own healing journey, all centred around embodying her true feminine essence and coming back to the heart. Stripping away the layers and diving deeper by the day, it has been a truly profound and awakening journey. Andrea completed her training in Hatha and Yin Yoga & Meditation and regularly teaches classes currently in Perth. Andrea has both attended and held numerous workshops, courses and Retreats.
Andrea's passion is helping people connect to who they really and truly are, live an aligned life and of course, one with an open and loving heart. If we could all live like this the world would be a more harmonious, peaceful and compassionate place. Andrea continues to help guide people back to the heart and body through one one one sessions, events and soon to be Retreats. Her purpose and commitment to this path is a never ending one, so here's to the exciting journey ahead that we call life.
